Jaguar WR Matt Jones Arrested for Cocaine Possession

This guy is such an idiot that you can't help but laugh at the fact he'll be yet another talented young player on the waiver wire very soon.

Jaguars first-round pick Matt Jones was caught inside his car cutting up cocaine with a credit card. He faces felony charges for playing with the ye-yo.

The 25-year-old Jones and two others were arrested early Thursday. A police report said officers approached the car and an officer drew his handgun after Jones did not immediately show his hands.

"We don't have all the facts," Jaguars owner Wayne Weaver said. "We will comment on that once we have all the facts."

And they'll probably cut him when they have all the facts.

Jones was already in danger of being cut as he hasn't progressed as much as the Jags would like. He was a quarterback at Arkansas but drafted in the first round by the Jags to be a receiver.
