On Friday, March 28 in New York, former junior middleweight title holder Kassim Ouma (25-4-1, 15 KO's) is hoping to put his career back on track with a win over American Cornelius Bundrage (27-3, 16 KO's).

The fight is a must-win for Ouma, who lost the world title in July of 2005 to Russian Roman Karmazin (29-3-1, 21 KO's) then ended 2006 with a unanimous decision loss to Jermain Taylor (27-2-1, 17 KOs) for the WBC and WBO middleweight titles.

More bad luck followed in 2007 for the fighter from Uganda as he lost his only fight of the year, dropping a split decision to Mexican Saul Roman (28-4-0, 24 KO's). The defeat moved him to 26th place in the WBC rankings.

Coming out of a two-month training camp in West Palm Beach, Fla., Ouma is looking to turn things around with a win over Bundrage, who won two bouts on the boxing reality series "The Contender" before losing a 10-round decision in the show's semifinals in 2006.

Ouma is currently the -600 favorite in the Bodog Sportsbook, while Bundrage is a +400 underdog.
