The results are in for the PGA's John Deere Classic and Kenny Perry has once again come away with the win.

With a lead heading into the final hole Perry slipped up allowing Jay Williamson and Brad Adamonis to sneak into a sudden death tie-break.

It took just one extra hole to declare a winner at the Silvas, Illinois golf course but eventually Perry would prevail.

Alarmingly, both Williamson and Adamonis hit into the water on the game-deciding hole while Perry simply had to keep the ball on the fairway to secure the win.

The victory was Perry's third in five starts and launches him into second place in the FedEx Cup standings.

The best rounds of the day belonged to Cameron Beckman and Ken Duke who each shot six under, but a little bit too late.

In the tournament's first three rounds, Perry shot six under, five under and four under.
