Roger Clemens is kind of a tough guy to trust, which is probably why reporters are seeking out his son, Koby, for relevant Rocket news these days.
A catcher in the Houston Astros' system, Koby Clemens expects his father to attend the team's spring training in order to work with some of the younger players.
"He'll be down here eventually," said the Kobester, which we imagine he's called. "No matter what happens, he's always going to want to help out with anything he can do. He'll come down here and throw 700 pitches eventually."
Kobester also had a few thoughts on his dad's recent battle with the big bad government.
"They started hammering him and I couldn't watch it," Koby said of his father's testimony to Congress. "I was getting so ticked off. Apparently, right when I turned it off, it kind of went better for my dad. So I'm kind of mad I missed that. I saw some good things, I saw some bad things."
Hey, Koby, it's probably on YouTube or something. You should check it out. Your dad is really arrogant in it. But we guess you know that already.
By the way, the Astros are getting 60/1 odds to win the World Series.
