MLB Baseball Odds: Cubs vs. Cardinals

Joel Pineiro, who is 2-3 with a 5.28 ERA as a starter against the Cubs, takes the hill for St. Louis. Chicago counters with Ted Lilly, who looks to win his fourth straight start.
