Lowe, who’s 2-2 with an 8.17 ERA in five career starts versus the Mets, allowed eight runs and 11 hits in 3 2-3 innings of a 9-4 loss at New York on Aug. 18.

Bobby Parnell looks to avoid a fifth consecutive loss for the Mets while hoping to fare better than he did in his last outing against Atlanta where he gave up nine runs and nine hits in three innings of a 15-2 loss.
