New York was held to one run in a loss Tuesday, but can win its third straight road series after finishing with 11 hits in an 8-2 victory over Toronto on Wednesday.

In his last start, Sabathia threw a four-hitter in a 4-0 victory over Baltimore on Friday night, striking out a season-high eight batters.

Sabathia, who's recorded both of his wins on the road, is 3-1 with a 2.88 ERA at Rogers Centre. He's 7-3 with a 3.46 ERA against Toronto overall.

Brian Tallet, who takes the hill for the +120 underdog Jays, is 1-0 with a 2.86 ERA in 20 relief appearances against the Yankees.
