MLB Betting Lines: White Sox at Yankees

In the opener of a three-game series tonight, CC Sabathia tries to win his sixth consecutive start for the New York Yankees, while Mark Buehrle tries to end his recent slide for the Chicago White Sox.

The -235 favored Yankees hope to continue the dominance they had over the White Sox at the old Yankee Stadium, where they won eight of the last 10 meetings.

The Yankees didn’t have much success in Chicago four weeks ago, losing three of four. The only bright spot came in the series finale, as Melky Cabrera hit for the cycle in an 8-5 victory.

Sabathia and Buehrle also faced one another in that game, though neither was sharp.

Sabathia earned the win despite allowing five runs and 10 hits, while Buehrle was tagged for seven runs and 12 hits to take the loss.

Buehrle is 0-4 with a 12.23 ERA in his last five starts against the Yankees.
