The +130 underdog Texas Rangers look to win their fifth straight tonight when they take on Zack Greinke and the slumping Kansas City Royals in the opener of a three-game series.

Texas has struggled with a flu bug that has worked its way through the clubhouse.

Several players have exhibited symptoms but have not been sent home yet.

The illness doesn’t seem to be impacting the Rangers on the field, as they are coming off a three-game home sweep of Boston.

Now they will be looking to take advantage of a Royals team that has lost a season-high nine straight, but the Rangers open the series against Greinke, the league leader in ERA.

The Royals haven’t lost 10 in a row since a 12-game skid May 19-30, 2008.
