MLB Spring Training Odds: Cactus League Schedule

Spring Training is finally here, as Cactus League teams begin play on Wednesday. The Cactus League schedule includes the Diamondbacks, Cubs, White Sox, Reds, Indians, Rockies, Royals, Angels, Dodgers, Brewers, A’s, Padres, Mariners, and Rangers.

The Giants and Mariners open play on Wednesday at 3:05 p.m. ET. The Chicago Cubs see their first action on Thursday (3:05 p.m. ET) when they play the Athletics in Mesa. They face their cross-town rivals, the White Sox, this Sunday at 3:05 p.m. ET. That’s the first of five games the Chicago teams play this year.

If you’re a fan of pitching duels, check out the Sunday, March 7 Giants-Royals matchup (3:05 p.m. ET). Perhaps Lady Luck will play a role and schedule a battle between Zack Greinke and Tim Lincecum or Matt Cain.

2010 Cactus League play ends Sunday, April 4. The Mariners and Giants close things out with a 3:05 p.m. start in San Francisco.
