Nothing like ending the year with betting on mixed martial arts. UFC 107 will air live on pay-per-view this Saturday from the FedExForum in Memphis.

The main card features Diego Sanchez facing reigning lightweight champion B.J. Penn.

Mixed martial arts betting odds have Penn listed as the -280 favorites, while Sanchez is priced at +180 for the upset.

The main card also showcases MMA's Samson, a guy who utilizes Guerrilla jiu-jitsu, and, of course, various other angry men hitting one another really hard.

In a key heavyweight bout matching two fighters coming off demoralizing losses, Frank Mir and Cheick Kongo battle it out.

The early front-runner for "Fight of the Night" features Kenny Florian matching wits and fists with Clay Guida in a bout that neither man can afford to lose.

Florian is listed as the -205 favorite to win, while Guida is listed at +165 to pull off the upset.
