On every mixed martial arts Pay-Per-View show, there are some fights that don’t make it to the airwaves.
But Bodog Fight has the remedy!
Tuesday, June 12th at 11 p.m. / 10 p.m. Central on ION Television, Bodog Fight presents an entire hour devoted to the undercard gladiators from their April 14 event in St. Petersburg, Russia; Bodog Fight: Fedor Emelianenko vs Matt Lindland.
In the first of four battles, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specialist Rodrigo "Crazy Face" Damm (4-1) fights fellow lightweight Santino DeFranco (14-5) of Arizona. Damm was coming off a big win over Kultar Gill (8-6-0), in which he literally threw "Black Mamba" out of the ring while DeFranco was a last minute replacement for the injured Mike Brown (14-4-0).
Next, in a welterweight bout, Russia's Dmitri Samoilov (2-0-1) squares off against another Arizona fighter, Ray Steinbeiss (8-3). After winning his first eight fights, Steinbeiss dropped three straight and was hungry for a win.
Then hard-hitting women collide when Indiana's Julie Kedzie (7-5) takes on St. Petersburg native Julia Berezekova (2-1). Can Kedzie overcome the hostile crowd and beat the Russian on her home turf?
Finally, it's a middleweight bout featuring Russian Amar Suloev (22-6), who looks to put a lid on Georgia’s Andy "The Garbage Pail Kid" Foster (8-1). Suloev is a fierce kickboxer while Foster is a submission specialist.
