NBA Basketball Betting: Atlanta at Washington Odds

With each team suffering through a losing streak, either Atlanta or Washington will be a very happy team on Thursday night—and one will continue being miserable.

The Hawks (36-27 in NBA basketball betting this season) have lost their last two outings, including a 99-98 defeat to the lowly Knicks.

Josh Smith was a beast against New York—racking up 25 points, 10 rebounds and six assists—but it wasn’t enough to get the job done.

Washington (26-35 ATS) has lost four straight games. It fell 96-88 to Houston earlier this week; Nick Young and Andray Blatche led the attack with 18 points apiece.

The Wizards and Hawks have played twice this season, with Atlanta winning both games. They last played in mid-January. Former Wizard Antawn Jamison scored 25 points in the loss, while Atlanta’s Jamal Crawford countered with 22.
