NBA Basketball Odds: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

LeBron James and the surging Cleveland Cavaliers try for a sixth straight win over the Milwaukee Bucks tonight at Quicken Loans Arena.

NBA basketball betting odds have the Cavs listed as 10-point home favorites.

Cleveland ranks second in the NBA in field goal defense and fourth in defensive scoring, and came up with one of its best defensive efforts at Milwaukee on Dec. 6.

The Cavs blew open a close game with a 29-0 first-half run to coast to a 101-86 victory.

With the defense leading the way, James finished with 14 points in a season-low 32 minutes. He averaged 37.8 points in four wins over Milwaukee last season.

While Michael Redd is working his way back, forward Ersan Ilyasova has been carrying the offense.

Ilyasova finished with a career-high 24 points Wednesday and is averaging 17.8 on 10-of-21 shooting from 3-point range in his last four games.
