NBA Betting Odds: Sacremento vs. Cleveland

Tonight the Cleveland Cavaliers look to improve to 21-0 at home this season when they face the Sacramento Kings, who are 0-18 against the Eastern Conference in 2008-09. (AI Wire Images)"]

The Cavaliers (14.5-point faves) boast the East's best winning percentage at .810 and have won seven of nine. They are also the NBA's best money team with a 29-13 ATS record and are 21-5 ATS in their last 26 home games.

Cleveland has held opponents to 88.0 points per game at Quicken Loans Arena in opening 20-0 there, outscoring teams by an average of 16.4 points.

None of that bodes well for Sacramento, which has lost five straight and is 2-11 in 2009. The Kings are one of the worst defensive teams in the league, allowing 107.8 points per game.

Cleveland has won four straight over the Kings, although last season's two victories came by a combined six points.
