NBA Betting: Spurs Swat Hornets, 98-89

Manu Ginobili’s hot streak continued and it wasn’t limited to his shooting.
The San Antonio Spurs’ explosive shooting guard put up 30 points and added a career-high 12 assists as the defending NBA champs stung the New Orleans Hornets, 98-89, at the AT&T Center on Saturday night.
San Antonio covered the point spread, which was seven. The betting total was over 183 points.
The Spurs outscored the Hornets 50-35 in the first half and weren’t threatened the rest of the way. Ginobili, who had 44 points on Friday, was 10-for-18 from the floor and 4-for-8 from beyond the three-point line.
Tim Duncan had 25 points and 11 rebounds, and Tony Parker had 10 points for San Antonio.
All-Star Chris Paul led New Orleans with 29 points.

Philadelphia 101, Miami 96: The Heat just can’t win. Miami lost its 11th game in a row, this one in overtime, as Andre Iguodala made a crucial three-point play to lead the 76ers on the road. Iguodala had 24 points and 12 rebounds as underdog Philadelphia beat the 2.5-point spread.
Washington 110, Charlotte 95: Antawn Jamison (22 points) and DeShawn Stevenson (20) combined for 42 points as the Wizards won at home convincingly. They covered the 7.5-point spread.
