First Scott Skiles, now Jim Boylan.

Coach Skiles went 9-16 with the Bulls before they decided to let him go, they gave Boylan the rest of the season to turn the slumping Chicago Bulls around. But they finished 33-49.

Thursday general manager John Paxson decided to make another change Thursday.

“It really just came down to the fact that I think we need the option to look at things differently,” Paxson said. “I want to now be able to explore candidates and listen to different philosophies on how to (use) our personnel.”

There should be a lot of changes coming for the Bulls this offseason.

Luol Deng and Ben Gordon turned down five-year contract extensions worth more than $50 million, and the Bulls already traded away disgruntled power forward Ben Wallace.
