NCAA Selection Sunday Predictions

College hoops bracketologists had it easy last year. The four No. 1 seeds were obvious from the beginning: Kansas, UCLA, Memphis and North Carolina. Of that foursome, only the Tar Heels (23-2 SU, 10-13 ATS) are in position to grab another top seed. Who else will the Selection Committee make a No. 1 at March Madness?

The UConn Huskies (24-1 SU, 10-9 ATS) are an obvious pick. And the Oklahoma Sooners (25-1 SU, 12-8-1) have to get a No. 1 at this point, being the only other one-loss team in the major conferences. But I doubt the Sooners will be able to run the Big 12 gauntlet the rest of the way, not with away games against Texas and Missouri and a home date with Kansas.

So you heard it here first: The Memphis Tigers (22-3 SU, 16-8 ATS) and the aforementioned Missouri Tigers (22-4 SU, 11-8 ATS) will prevail.
