Sam Young scored 32 points as top-seeded Pittsburgh advanced to the Round of 16 for the fifth time in eight years with an 84-76 win over Oklahoma State on Sunday. Terrence Williams had 24 points and 15 rebounds, rallying the top-seeded Cardinals to a victory over the plucky Saints in the second round.

Travis Walton scored a career-high 18 points to lift the second-seeded Spartans into the Round of 16 for the eighth time in 12 years.
