With the NCAA Tournament Final going down Monday, let’s examine NCAAB odds and the strengths, weaknesses, and betting trends of the Duke Blue Devils.

STRENGTHS: Duke has three bonafide superstars on its roster—Jon Scheyer (18.3 PPG, 4.8 APG this season), Kyle Singler (17.6 PPG, 6.9 RPG) and Nolan Smith (17.5 PPG). With so much talent, even when one star has an off-night the other two usually pick him up.

WEAKNESSES: Duke’s loyal fans travel in tremendous numbers but, with the game taking place in Indianapolis, this will effectively be a home game for Butler.

BETTING TRENDS: Duke is 23-14-1 against the spread this season. The Blue Devils have rolled to five consecutive wins vs. the college basketball odds. Duke is 6-4 against the spread in its last 10 games. The Blue Devils have gone over the total in two straight, but stayed under in four straight games before that.
