NFL News: Titans Sign WR Mike Williams

How do you solve your wide receiver woes? You sign one of the biggest flops of the 2005 draft.

According to the Tennessean, the Titans have signed third-year WR Mike Williams. The former No. 10 pick has struggled since leaving USC. He was traded to the Oakland Raiders recently for a fourth-round pick by the team that drafted him - the Detroit Lions. However, Oakland waived him on Oct. 30.

The Titans have been shopping for help at receiver after their core dropped six passes on Monday Night Football.
