Now that Michael Vick is almost a free man, the topic has come up about his future in the NFL.

Vick was freed from home confinement Monday, but still must serve three years' probation for his federal conviction and a related state conviction.

So are the bad boys good for the game in general? A few years ago that seemed to be the case, but the NFL seems to be turning a corner where they want to get rid of any bad public images.

Fines are big, and suspensions are getting stiffer.

For the fans, it is the same old story. The bad boys get all the attention whether you love them or hate them.

Take Terrell Owens for example, the guy can't walk down the street without the media following every step.
