NFL Week 14 Odds: Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs

There is very little on the line Sunday when the Kansas City Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills since both teams have no chance at a playoff berth.

Currently NFL odds have the Bills listed as a 1-point favorite but this line could easily swing the other way.

Buffalo won their last meeting over Kansas City 54-31.

The Bills are coming off a loss to the Jets at home in Week 13. Their 19th-ranked running game, led by Fred Jackson’s 632 yards rushing and three TDs, will go up against the Chiefs’ 27th ranked rush defense.

The Bills have averaged 19.7 ppg and allowed 17 ppg in their last three games and are 6-6 ATS.

The Chiefs lost to Denver 44-13 at home in Week 13. Matt Cassell only completed 10 of 29 passes for 84 yards with two interceptions.

The Bills are 4-1 ATS in their last five meetings.
