NHL Hockey Betting: Boston at Toronto Odds

Phil Kessel gets another crack at his former team when the Toronto Maple Leafs host the improving Boston Bruins on Tuesday night.

Boston (29-24-11) has been a big letdown in NHL hockey betting this season, but the team is showing signs of life by going 6-2-0 in its last eight games. The Bruins lost 2-1 in Pittsburgh on Sunday, though.

The 2-1 loss wasted a 31-save effort from goalie Tim Thomas, who has been exceptional over his past three starts. Blake Wheeler scored the lone goal.

Toronto (20-33-12) is suffering through a miserable season. Sunday’s 3-1 loss to Philadelphia gives the Leafs a brutal 1-4-1 record in their past six games. Nikolai Kulemin scored for Toronto.

Boston is 3-1 against the Leafs this season. The Bruins have outscored Toronto 15-8 in those four meetings.
