NHL Hockey Odds: Must-Bet Games of the Week

The NHL season is off and running and this will be the first full week of hockey betting action.

Looking ahead there are some definite must-bet games on the schedule.

Tonight there is the battle between the New York Rangers and New Jersey Devils. This is always good for drama and good hockey as it features two of the best goalies in the game. With Martin Brodeur and Henrik Lundqvist in net, there won't be many goals to go around.

Tuesday features the Battle of Ontario when the Ottawa Senators travel to Toronto to take on the Maple Leafs. Despite what the teams’ records are, this matchup is always heated.

On Thursday, two of the power teams in the West meet for the first time as the Chicago Blackhawks and Detroit Red Wings battle in Motown. Chicago will be out for revenge as the Wings ended their season last year in the playoffs.
