NHL Hockey Odds: San Jose at Dallas

Something has to give on Tuesday night when the San Jose Sharks and Dallas Stars face off; both Western Conference rivals are locked into losing streaks.

San Jose (43-15-10) has dropped two straight on NHL hockey odds, ending a three-game win streak. The Sharks lost 4-1 to Anaheim on Sunday.

Jamie McGinn was a bright spot for San Jose against the Ducks, ringing up a goal and an assist in the loss. Joe Thornton also scored for the Sharks.

Dallas (29-26-13) has just one win it its past seven games. The most recent loss came Sunday against Colorado; Brandon Segal scored two goals in the 5-3 defeat.

The Sharks and Stars have played three times this season, with Dallas winning two of three (both via shootout). San Jose won 4-2 the last time they met thanks to 36 saves by Evgeni Nabokov. Jamie Benn and Loui Eriksson scored for Dallas.
