The PGA Tour's designated frat party tees off Thursday in Scottsdale at the FBR Open. Will the rowdy fans at No. 16 even notice Tiger Woods isn't playing? Maybe, but that won't stop them from booing bad shots...as you do at a golf tournament.

Bet on the FBR Open!

Phil Mickelson, who attended nearby Arizona State University, is the fan and oddsmaker favorite to win at 7/1, followed by Rory Sabbatini at 12/1 and Steve Stricker at 14/1. Mickelson won the tourney in 2005 and 1996. Last year, Aaron Baddeley (18/1) took the title.

As for Lefty, he's feeling pretty good.

"I feel like my game is starting to get sharp," Mickelson said. "I've got a few subtle adjustments I'll work on but I think that it could be a good week."
