Play KG! Garnett Ready to Go Tonight Against the Nuggets

Although they looked pretty good without him, the Boston Celtics will no doubt be happy to have Kevin Garnett back in the lineup when they take on the Denver Nuggets tonight.

Garnett was averaging 19.2 points and 9.9 rebounds before he went down with an abdominal strain nearly a month ago.

Although there is little doubt that tonight will be the night, Garnett doesn’t want to take any chances and is putting as much pressure as he can on head coach Doc Rivers.

“ thing is long-term. I live in the present and the current, but I understand his position. Y'all talk to Doc Rivers for me," Garnett said. "The 'Play KG' campaign."

The Celtics are the best team in the NBA against the spread and are currently a +1 underdog on the road against the Nuggets. The Celtics have yet to lose to a Western Conference opponent this season.
