The USA men's basketball team continued to impress on Sunday with an inspiring win over Russia, 89-68.

The superstar-studded roster consisting of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Chris Paul and more has taken it upon themselves to reclaim their position atop the international basketball world.

The Redeem Team, as they are affectionately known, will hope to bring America its first gold at an international basketball tournament since the 2000 Olympics.

Leading the way for the red, white and blue was Bryant with 19 points, trailed closely by Carmelo Anthony at 17.

The victory comes just one day after throttling Lithuania by 36 points, 120-84.

Common sense would tell you that this team is destined to dominate the international basketball scene, but recent history may suggest otherwise.
