Vijay Singh Conquers Bridgestone Invitational

After four standout days at the World Golf Championship - Bridgestone Invitational, Vijay Singh finally closed the deal on Sunday.

At 10 under on the tournament, Singh led runners up Lee Westwood and Stuart Appelby by just one stroke when all was said and done.

Rounding out the top five at eight under par were Reteif Goosen and Phil Mickelson.

On the fourth and final day of the tournament Singh shot two under par but the best performance of the Sunday belonged to Peter Lonard who shot four under.

The win gives Singh his victory in his past 34 starts.
