Branden Ore ran for 147 yards and Tyrod Taylor scored a pair of touchdowns as eighth-ranked Virginia Tech earned a trip to the ACC Championship Game with a 33-21 victory over No. 16 Virginia at Scott Stadium Saturday.

Sean Glennon threw for 260 yards with a touchdown for the Hokies, who have won four in a row and will play Boston College for the conference title next Saturday in Jacksonville.

BC was the last team to beat Virginia Tech, rallying for a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns to post a 14-10 win on October 25 in Blacksburg.

Jameel Sewell ran for a pair of touchdowns for Virginia, which had won its last two games. The Cavaliers have lost four straight and eight of the last nine Commonwealth Cup meetings.
