WEC 42 Odds: Miguel Angel Torres vs. Brian Bowles

Unbeaten since avenging his sole loss six years ago, Miguel Angel Torres makes the fourth defense of his WEC title against undefeated No. 1 challenger Brian Bowles on Sunday night at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas. It is the main event of the sold out WEC 42 card and will be a war.

Torres could probably fight for hours and never tire; in fact, when most fighters weaken in the later rounds he just gets stronger. Every fight Torres competes in he seems more and more like an unstoppable machine as he continues to plow through the division.

All of this adds up to Torres being the heavy favorite at -365 and Bowles checking in at +285 for the upset.

The challenger is well-rounded and will have an advantage in size and wrestling ability. If Torres is able to dominate an opponent like Bowles it will send a huge message to everyone in the bantamweight class.
