Weigh In Results for World Victory Road: Sengoku

Josh Barnett is the favorite to win in the main event of World Victory Road: Sengoku on March 5 in Japan.

For the main event, Josh "The Babyface Assassin" Barnett weighed in at 113.2 kilograms, or 249 pounds while his opponent, Hidehiko Yoshida tipped the scales at 108.7 kilograms, or 239.1 pounds.

Weight categories for Japanese events are determined using kilograms with heavyweight being 93.1 kilograms or more.

Currently in the Bodog Sportsbook, Barnett is the -800 favorite to beat Yoshida, who is a +500 underdog.

Coming off a win at at Bodog Fight event in Las Vegas, Bodog Fight welterweight champion Nick "The Goat" Thompson came in at 75.7 kilograms, or 166.5 pounds, just under the 76 kilogram limit for welterweight. His opponent, Brazilian Fabricio Monteiro weighed in at 75.4 kilograms, or 165.8 pounds. At -350, "The Goat" is the favorite to win, while Monteiro trails in the odds at +275.

Former Pride champion Takanori Gomi weighed 69.7 kilograms, making the 70 kilogram cut-off for lightweight. His opponent, American Duane "Bang" Ludwig, also made weight at 69.4 kilograms. Gomi is the favorite at -600, while Ludwig is a +400 underdog.
